We learned a lot about how to, and how not to, do flooring over the course of the project. From tiny hex tiles, to wide pine boards, this building has it all!

It seems like every step of the way we relied on the help of friends and family. This was true with painting the exterior too. Our friend Kamal Nassif came up to help, as did our dad. We were also aided by a paint sprayer that another friend (George Dyment) lent us.

The studio is built with "outsulation", we started by sheathing the building with shiplap boards, then four inch foam insulation with an airgap, and finished with clapboards. That last step was only finished with a ton of help from our frien Evan Anderson.
